1. About Beauty Rocks Dorset

These terms and conditions apply to all beauty services provided by Tanya Langton, trading as Beauty Rocks Dorset.

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

2. Booking and Appointments

All bookings must be reviewed and confirmed by us before your appointment is secured.

Please complete any required consultation forms before your appointment. We'll let you know which forms apply to your service when booking.

For treatments involving tint or hybrid stain, a patch test is mandatory and must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment. No exceptions can be made for safety reasons.

3. Cancellations and Changes

We understand plans can change. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in loss of your booking and difficulty securing future appointments.

If you don't show up for your appointment without notice, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the end of your appointment.

We accept payment by cash or bank transfer.

Prices quoted are in GBP and include all applicable taxes.

5. Your Safety and Satisfaction

Your safety is our priority. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or concerns before your treatment.

We're always happy to discuss any issues or concerns you may have after your treatment. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you're not completely satisfied.

While we strive for excellent results, individual outcomes may vary and we cannot guarantee specific results.

6. Your Information

We take your privacy seriously and handle all personal data in compliance with GDPR regulations.

Your information will only be used for appointment management and service delivery, and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

7. General Terms

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who we believe may pose a risk to themselves or others.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available during the booking process.
